Al Fresco dining at its best

Just had a fantastic meal at Starfish Deli, Batemans Bay. Seems like ages since we ate there, and the menu has had a makeover, with superb al-a-carte choices, in addition to the gourmet pizza and pasta that the Starfish built its name on.

We shared a soft shell crab entree and then had main courses; Suzie chose duck with kipfler potatoes, poached pears and a I tried the proscuitto wrapped fillet steak. Both cooked to perfection and served very attractively.

It was a superb summer evening and the location on the waters edge, balmy evening and great food all combined to make it an extremely enjoyable night.

Highly recommend this as a relaxed, casual dining experience with better than average food and wine choices. Ask about the Premium wine menu !
