Canty Cottage is a beautifully spacious holiday house with a sunny upper level balcony and two bedrooms fitted out with seven beds: a double bed with two single bunks and a double bed with a single bunk above.

Spacious lounge has a piano [for a family sing-a-long?], family room with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Laundry and extra shower. There is also a large private sunny balcony overlooking the Wagonga Inlet and Smyth's Oval. Many different native birds come to be fed. Canty Cottage is pet friendly, but naturally some regulations apply.

Facilities

The main bedroom has a double bed and two single bunks, fitted with underblanket, doonas and doona covers and pillows and slips. 2nd bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk above it, fitted with underblankets, doonas and doona covers and pillows and slips.Linen including sheets, pillow sllips and towels is available at $15 per person. Canty Cottage is within a few minutes walk to the Wagonga Inlet, beaches, shops and restaurants and the Narooma Sports and Bowling Club.

Location

Canty Cottage is ideally located at Narooma, on the Eurobodalla Coast, South East New South Wales. Sydney lies to the north, a mere three and a half hours drive. Eurobodalla is the "Coastal Gateway" for Canberra, less than two hours west.

I stayed at Canty Cottage with a group of friends over the Oct long weekend. Light-filled & airy, we found it comfortable, well-appointed & ideally located. The garden & visiting wild birds were delightful, as was the view from the balcony. Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
In the event of cancellation of the booking during low season, payment is refundable, less a booking fee of $50.

No refund for bookings cancelled less than 31 days prior to arrival date in Peak Season if no further booking is made of the cancelled dates.

We welcome pets, however the following regulations apply.

• Pets must be FED OUTSIDE the units on the veranda.
• Clean up any bones etc from grounds immediately after feeding.
• Pets must be HOUSE TRAINED and FULLY VACCINATED.
• Puppies are NOT allowed.
• They are allowed in the house but must NEVER be left UNATTENDED in the house. This results in your pet stressing, as they feel 'dumped', they panic, and damage to house can occur. The guest is liable for ny damage to the house or its contents.
• Pets MUST NOT be let out to wander the grounds.
• Supervise your pets toilet-time and PICK-UP when necessary.
• If your dogs are antisocial, please keep them inside, or well tethered.
• Excessive barking must be addressed.

Directions

Turn into Canty Street off the Princes Highway, 70 metres above the pedestrian crossing lights in Narooma at the top of the town. 1 Canty is at the bottom of the street on the right. You enter in at the back of the house. The lower drive may be used for parking as well as the top drive.
