Spacious house with open plan lounge/formal dining room with fantastic beach and inlet views from the large balcony, fully equipped spacious kitchen with ample bench space and cupboards, sunroom for casual dining leading to sheltered courtyard and secluded garden/grass area with wood and gas barbeques, main bathroom with bath, separate laundry and toilet.

Accommodation
Doonas, mattress protectors and pillows are provided on each bed. Guests to bring their own sheets, pillowslips and towels.

Cabarita is fully furnished and self contained, accommodating up to six people in three bedrooms. Generous main bedroom has a queen size bed with bedside tables, TV, wardrobe and ensuite. The second bedroom has a double bed whilst the third bedroom has two single beds.
The unique layout means the bedrooms are located well away from the living entertainment areas. You'll find some light holiday reading at the house and a folder of local information we've put together to help you enjoy your stay.

The property is fully fenced and is suitable for all pets, unless they are particularly large, and/or adept and climbing/jumping fences.

Location
The house is situated in Mossy Point, about 25 metres by footpath, from the bridge over Candlagan Creek where it flows into the ocean at Broulee Beach. There is a tidal lagoon at the bridge, which is protected from the sea and is an ideal location for young children to play in. Let the children build their favourite sandcastles or investigate the pristine rock pools.

Broulee beach, adjacent, is a one kilometre long stretch of sand and is great for families and surfers and leads to Broulee Island.
