Invitation - Time and Tide Exhibition

Time and Tide, is an exhibition of paintings and works on paper by Gordon Robinson is currently showing at Gallery Bodalla running through until Sunday 27 February.

Gordon?s beautiful recent works are supported by a selection of work spanning the past decade that builds on the theme of time and tide.

?The works are about movement through time and place; memory pictures, times shared with loved ones, echoes of experience, dreams,? Gordon said.

Gordon graduated from National Art School and Alexander Mackie
CAE Sydney in the 70s, and has held various teaching positions including National Art School and East Sydney Technical College.

With exhibitions from Queensland down to the far south coast. Gordon?s work is held in numerous collections Australia wide and the UK.

Gordon currently lives and works in Wapengo and doesn?t mind being an artist working in a regional area,?not that I have got anything against cities but from my point of view, many interesting and innovative works emanate from the peripheries.?

Gallery Bodalla is open Thursday to Sunday and public holidays 10am-4pm, heritage post office building, Princes Hwy, Bodalla.
