Something really special for a Marriage Proposal

I'm planning to ask my partner to marry me. I want it to be really special.
I'd like to have a sky writer write something in the air with a light plane and a choco-gram with her favorite flowers to be delivered to our 'honeymoon suite'
Is this possible on the South Coast ?
