The Bhunduu - The Clyde River Story
The Bhunduu Front Cover
As part of the 'Protect Our Future - Protect Our River' book competition run by the Southern Rivers Catchment Management Authority, students from Batemans Bay Public School were invited to attend a research and discovery adventure along the Clyde River in 2011. Inspired by the knowledge gained from this experience, the students produced a series of booklets promoting the unique aspects of the Clyde River, with the two winning entries represented in this publication.
The Bhunduu - The Clyde River Story reveals the students deep understanding and love of the river and highlights the importance of preserving this pristine river, its natural resources and the Aboriginal culture associated with it. This unique publication is a fantastic opportunity to promote one of Eurobodalla’s truly beautiful waterways and contribute to its preservation and protection.
The Bhunduu - The Clyde River Story books are now available for collection at Batemans Bay Visitor Centre and Narooma Visitor Centre.
