Jul 13, 2015 Rating Ripped Off renters beware by: Harold ling Hired a car to go to the Airport , checked the car no damage to panels, got to the airport they guy noticed a scratch on the rim, there was no scuff mark on the wheel, he said it was probably already noted, not to worry. When we get home the manager from Hertz Unanderra charged us $249.10 for the scratch on the hub, he would not discuss it , we rang Hertz head office they can not do anything it is a franchise . We have always used Hertz, but Reuters beware, get down on you hands and knees to check the rims. He will probably charge someone else next week for the same scratch. We will report this to consumer affairs and recommend that all people ripped of by this dealer does the same.
